Frank and Jason were very easy to work with. They made everything very simple and quick. Our fence blew down with some nasty weather and they repaired it. They even put some extra screws in some other places along the fence that were a little weak. Will definitely use them in the future.

5 Stars do not even begin to cut it!!

So here is the scoop, My current fence is about 17 years old (PVC) A tree fell and crushed 1 section.

I called Family sent a few pictures - got my quote - agreed to price and then it was scheduling.

We had 2 delays dues to weather - no problem - BUT they actually called and apologized for having to delay the job - wow!! Professionalism 101 right there.

Then the "by the way the fence may not match - which honestly I did not fully expect it to..."

Guess what it did so close to perfectly!! You have to really try hard to see the minor fade difference and I mean really hard.

The crew was polite, professional the word that just keeps coming to mind is AWESOME. All the garbage was gone, new fence section in place in about 90 minutes.

Mind you I do not want to replace any more fence sections but if I do there is ONLY 1 place I am going to and it is Family Fence - I urge you do too.

Thank you Family for everything!

Must share this A+++ experience. Went in unsure what to do with front porch. Salesman was very knowledgable, took the photo we had, gave us his opinion, and superimposed the recommended railing. Workers came the following week. Speedy, clean, wonderful job. Would absolutely use them again.

We used Family Fence to install a railing on our back steps and are very happy with the results. Price was reasonable, they got us on the schedule quickly, the crew arrived on time and was very professional, and communication was great throughout. The finished product also looked great. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future for any of our home needs.

I could not be happier with my new railings! The gentlemen that came to install them were on time, friendly, professional, neat and had the job done in one afternoon.
